Process
When we receive a job order from the Firm, a staff member will initiate engagement with the prospect client to secure an appointment date and time. At the meeting the intake specialist will fill in the intake questionnaire and collect all appropriate documentation including photos, hospital discharge documents, insurance cards, videos and collect signatures on contract/retainer. Once the client has signed the contract your firm will receive immediate access to the information through Dropbox or email, whichever method your firm decides to use. Your firm will be ready to start representing the client.
