3R Conflict Management<\/a>\u00a0was founded by a dear colleague and friend of mine, Monica Chen, in Taiwan. Monica and her team come alongside those who are used to hiding in the shadow of conflict, yet want a change. Using curriculum based on biblical principles and a small group format, 3R focuses on helping people redefine conflict (Reimagine), repair broken relationships (Restore), and rebuild the possibility for reconciliation (Reconcile) in their personal and church relationships.<\/p>\n
