Rev. Cecilia Yau<\/a>\u00a0is one of the pioneers in Chinese peacemaking. She co-authored a book in Chinese,\u300a\u6559\u6703\u885d\u7a81\u7684\u8655\u7406\u8207\u91cd\u5efa\u300b(Managing Church Conflicts), with Rev. Wally Yew in 2002. She has also developed an online course in Chinese\u300a\u57f9\u80b2\u6559\u6703\u548c\u7766\u6587\u5316\u300b(Cultivate a Peacemaking Culture in the Church).<\/p>\n

Rev. Cecilia Yau has served at Chinese Christian Mission for 44 years as\u00a0Associate General Secretary, heading the Literature ministry and the personnel department.
